ADHD Coaching

Your resident Productivity Coach with ADHD, reporting for duty.

You’re busy, and you’ve got ADHD, so I promise I’m gonna make this as quick as I can: I am an ADHD Coach, and I, too, have ADHD.

This means that I know how you feel. You’re often frustrated with yourself, because you feel like you should be doing “more.” You don’t know what “more” is, but you know that you could do it if you just tried harder. After all, everyone else can just get things done, right? This shouldn’t feel so hectic. This shouldn’t be so hard.

I know all this, because I was you. I didn’t know that I was, but I was. And I learned to work with it, and to work through it, without working myself to death. Then I realized I wanted to help others to do the same thing. And that’s how we got here.

Because I want to help you get to a more satisfied point. You deserve that.

How ADHD coaching works:

So, you’ve got three options, depending on your situation.

First, there’s 1:1 Coaching. This includes direct, personal attention to your particular struggles and questions. My approach is productivity-based with a strong focus on energy management, so I mainly aim to get you feeling like you’re getting stuff done, but without sacrificing your satisfaction with your day. We work together on a number of things, including:

  • Saving you aggravation by helping you manage your time more effectively
  • Increasing your daily satisfaction by helping make sure you make time for self-care and hobbies
  • Minimizing burnout by teaching you energy management, and
  • Eliminating shame as you become more comfortable with integrating all of your interests into your days.

All of this is done according to principles and philosophies that are ADHD-friendly.

I’m NEVER going to yell at you, deride you, or make you feel guilty for not getting things done. That said, this is a commitment, and so I always suggest patience (we suck at that, I know, but it takes time — it did for me, and it will for you) — it generally takes at least three months to see a difference.

Coaching can be paid for either by session, or by month. Fees are $200 per one-off session. If you pay ahead for multiple sessions, there’s a hefty discount; session fees then go down to $100 per session. Minimum of 3 sessions must be pre-set. If you’d like to do this, email me at hello@theariannabradford.com so that we can set this up for you personally. If a one-time 1:1 is what you’re looking for, you can set up a session here.

Your second option, if you’re not really looking for a 1:1 thing but still need extra help, are classes that are currently offered. These cover the most popular issues ADHDers deal with, and are available either live or recorded. To see what’s being offered, go to the Classes page.

Your final option is to join our virtual coworking group. I’m there to work side-by-side with you from 9-11 Costa Rica time every weekday. The link above will give you a 14-day free trial. If you decide to hang with us and upgrade to Pro, use my code ARIANNA to get 20% off.

I operate off of these three philosophies:

  • Your brain is to be worked WITH, not AGAINST. This also means allowing yourself to follow multiple interests, to have more than one hobby, or wrap things you enjoy into what you’re doing for a living.
  • Your energy must be closely guarded and included in your planning
  • Productivity is about SATISFACTION, not PERFECTION — we want you happy with what you get done at the end of the day, not necessarily finishing EVERY SINGLE THING IN ONE DAY.
